How it works

Check in-product announcements for product updates. Durable documented facts include API fields such as repositoryId, commitHash, projectUnitId, and scanTypes; webhook headers X-CodeCleared-Event, X-CodeCleared-Delivery, and X-CodeCleared-Signature; and the compliance_score.changed event.

GitLab.com VCS (shipped): Connect GitLab.com via OAuth at Settings → Sources, import projects, and run the same PR/MR check types as GitHub. Merge-request status uses GitLab External Status Checks (Premium/Ultimate). Self-managed GitLab is out of scope. See Connect GitLab and PR checks.

Auditor Export Pack (Team / Regulated): the app can assemble a ZIP of latest on-file reports, JWS-signed CycloneDX SBOM (when platform signing keys are configured), audit trail, and policies with a Coverage honesty trail. See Auditor Export Pack and SBOM. Cryptographic signing of the ZIP archive itself remains roadmap.

Settings navigation tabs: several Settings pages use URL-synced tabs (?tab=), including Billing, SSO (Social / Enterprise), Service tokens (Tokens / MCP), Scan defaults (Branches / PR checks / Scheduled / Triggers), and SAST rules (Stock / Custom).

Public trust badge (Starter+): embeddable SVG badge with localized active/inactive labels, optional compliance score, configurable public display name, style choice (pill or brand hex seal with logo mark), impression/click stats, and a public storefront landing page. See Public trust badge.

Brand mark (app + emails): the product UI and transactional emails use the geometric CodeCleared logo mark (no panda mascot) with Space Grotesk / IBM Plex Sans typography aligned to the marketing site.
